SRI Research Fellowship
We wish to announce the annual SRI Research Fellowship, to be awarded each year to encourage research into the field of Yoga, to develop understanding of its practices and its implications for physical and mental health, healthy lifestyle, mental and spiritual development.

Terms and conditions
You must be an Australian citizen or be a permanent Australian resident to apply.

The Fellowship will be applied towards research in an area of yoga that would satisfy SRI’s aim of exploring and better understanding practices in the science of yoga and their implications for physical and mental health; healthy lifestyle and disease prevention or treatment.

The Fellowship is awarded annually
The dollar amount awarded to the successful applicant/s each year is currently $1080, usually payable in two installments of $540, to help cover any transport and other costs of the SRI Research Fellowship program. Furthermore, the Fellowship covers the full value of all accommodation and meals etc. (to an approximate value of $3,500) at the Satyananda Yoga Academy (SYA) at Mangrove Mountain in NSW

The Fellowship may be held concurrently with any other award or scholarship.

Successful and unsuccessful applicants may reapply in subsequent years.
